At Steve Madden, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
